I won’t have time to cook something tonight but I’m trying to eat relatively healthily (lots of whole wheat, veggies , fruits, low fat, etc.). Does anyone know a common fast food place where I could get something that’s both filling but not too bad for you? I ain’t talking about just a salad…I want a balanced meal.
I used to think Chipotle was relatively healthy, but apparently they’re just as bad as the rest. Any ideas?

I like Wendy’s small chili over their plain baked potato with a side salad. Tasty, healthy, and cheap.
Taco Bell Fresco Menu. Seriously. Look at the nutrition info on their site. My go-to place for healthy fast food.
baja fresh, subway, quiznos, mr. pita
Try Subway. You can choose how much fat you want or don’t want on it. Skip the cheese, you probably won’t taste it anyway. Be careful of the condiments you have them put on it. No mayo, no ranch (unless fat free). Try mustard or vinegar (no oil). As for the meat, I would probably choose turkey or chicken, although roast beef might be okay. Avoid the tuna, they mix mayo with that too.
I hear chili’s is pretty good.
