I am looking into purchasing a new diabetic cook book. Does anyone have any suggestions on good ones?

Most diabetic cookbooks have many too many carbos in the recipes for most of us. Like each dish containing about 30 grams per serving.
My favorite cookbook right now is South Beach Diets Cookbook and the Atkins Cookbook. Their recipes are more in line with how we are supposed to eat than those labeled "diabetic".
In case you are worried that those 2 cookbooks contain too much fat, just adjust the fat in the recipes to suit how much you want to eat. Most of the recipes work just fine with half the fats listed in them.
I do.
