Tips and/or recipes for cooking with convection microwave?
We are getting a GE Profile over the range convection microwave for our new kitchen instead of a regular range. I have never used a convection microwave so any tips or recipes would be appreciated. I will be using it mostly for baking (brownies, cookies, cakes, etc), roasting (chicken), warming, and browning/toasting. Any information is greatly appreciated!

Tips on how to brine a turkey?
I have an 18lbs turkey and I was thinking of trying to brine it this time. However, what is the best thing to brine it in, if you don’t have a room in your fridge? I’ve seen people put it in one of those football kind of coolers, but does that keep it cold through out the whole time? So any tips about that would be great and recipes too. I also wanted to cook the turkey in a oven bag, do you think that would be a good idea?

I’m looking for a Christmas picture book for kids, it was printed at least 10 yrs ago… ?
When I was a girl, I had a Christmas book and now that I’m an adult I’d like to buy it for my kids. I think it was printed about AT LEAST 10 years ago.
The book was a picture book for children during Christmas time… I specifically remember it had between 175-250 pages, and had crafts for the family (with pictures of step-by-step instructions), recipes for Christmas cooking (pictures of the ingredients and final foods), and Christmas songs (The Xmas songs had actual music notes and beats for piano playing with illustrations next to it). There was a Santa Claus on the front cover with his reindeer in the background flying in the night sky. Does anyone know a book ‘like’ this? If so, can you tell me the author and illustrator. Thanks in advance.
Thanks Mackenzie and Roxy for responding with nothing. Completely useless answers should be deleted by the asker… If you read my question, I specifically said "LIKE THIS." Stupid ppl just make me so anguished.

Has anyone bought the book Deceptively Delicious? Featured on Oprah?
I just saw it on Oprah and thought it was a great idea and yummy one too! You simply add vegetable or fruit purees to what you are cooking so your kids will eat it. It is a deceptive way of making your kids eat their veggies! I don’t have kids but often cook for my nephews and nieces when they come over. The recipes sound healthy and delicious that I want to try it for myself too! I just wanted to know if anyone has tried the recipes.
Also do you think that the veggies will still keep it’s nutritional qualities? I’ve always heard that cooking vegetables makes them lose some vitamins. What do you think?
Thanks 112. I have a feeling you will be my only answer. Jeez what does it take for people to answer a question???
