I’ve just moved into a great place with one of the older Wedgewood gas stoves and ovens… I’ve cooked using gas ovens before but several years ago. I’m getting ready to cook Thanksgiving dinner and just wondering if there are differences in cooking time when using a gas oven. Any tips you have would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! ![]()
