Is this a good or bad resume? Because everyone is dead out here so far.?

Summary Eight years of experience in the retail customer service field. Most experience in the clothing departments of a major retail store. Achieved the reputation of being a conscientious, dedicated hard worker. Work Experience
Warehouse Demo Services 11/06 – 3/07 I prepared and handed out ample samples to the customers. I washed the dishes and the cooking utensils. Wal-Mart March 2000 – May 2003 I was responsible for the maintenance of softlines: men’s and women’s clothing and accessories. I managed the fitting room. I answered the phone calls. I did the price checks. I put away the returns. I did allot of customer service. I
answered customers questions. I assisted them with purchases. I gave them directions. I greeted them at the door.
Wal-Mart October 1997 – February 2000 Responsi McDonalds. I made the salads. I did the dressing of the sandwiches. I wiped the tables. I swept & mopped the floorI cleaned the bathroom. I wiped the glass doors. I washed trays and other utensils
Hmm, I’m in trouble then, because i hated these jobs with a passion because someone else got them for me. I didn’t walk in there and get the jobs myself. Someone else talked them into it. I never talk, I just do my job and that’s it. I have no idea how to talk to a customer. I wish I could just use sign language. The worst part is that I have no memory of how I did those jobs. I am just not a enthusiastic person. I’ve always been quiet and never made a sound. Guess I’m doomed.
Oh, one other thing. What if I didn’t have a resume at all and I was looking for my first job? What would employer go by anyway? Plus I’m blind and can’t see what I’m doing thing, thats why I quit those other jobs, because i was faking my way through everything and couldn’t take it. (preasure.)

cooking and shopping for two?

i’m having a really hard time keeping my fiance and i on a healthy diet…
we go grocery shopping, get fresh veggies, fruits, lean meats, etc. but we can’t seem to buy small enough quantities of a lot of it to eat it before it goes bad…
even just one pepper or onion will go bad because i don’t eat them so we only use a half to a quarter and by the time we want to use it again it’s gone bad…we have vacuum seal bags and they work for some things, but others (like mushrooms) go bad even faster in them!
my fiance works one 24 hour shift (6A to 6A thursday into friday) and a 12 hr shift (6P to 6A saturday night into sunday) and often picks up overtime – sometimes over night sometimes during the day…

what are some things i can make
a. using the same fresh ingredients in different meals so they don’t go bad
b. stuff that is good as leftovers
c. stuff that my fiance can bring to work (he has a heavy duty giant lunch box & usually mini-fridge access)

we’re getting married in 2 months so i’d love for us to both be as healthy as possible on that day & i really don’t want him to fall into the same track so many other paramedics have (so many of our emergency medical professionals are overweight because of the life style they lead…it’s sad)

Tips on marianading/pan cooking a steak?

Okay I’m pretty good at cooking steak but I’m no pro, this is where the internet comes in. I’m thinking about buying 2 fresh cut steaks thursday for me and my dad. What’s a good cut? Maybe I’ll spring for T-bone but probably some nice sirloin. I might get ‘em from the grocery store I work at but I think I’m probably gonna opt for a local butcher… fresher, you know? My plan is to coat them in a nice thick layer of BBQ sauce. I’m thinking Presidents Choice smokin’ stampede beer & chipotle, though I could really buy any sauce or even make my own [recipes welcome]. Then I’m gonna let them soak up the sauce in my fridge overnight. Right before cooking I’m gonna throw on some peppercorn and some mrs. dash. Then friday afternoon I’m gonna butter up a cast iron pan and pan fry them on medium low heat until they’re nice and brown on the outside, super tender with a touch of pink on the inside, maybe 6 or 7 minutes on each side. I like my steaks medium but maybe I’ll go for medium rare. What I need from you internets is some honest feedback about whether I’m using the wrong stuff or whether it’s nessecary to sauce them overnight. Be as harsh as you like, especially if there are any snooty french chefs out there. Tell me what I’m doing wrong, I seek nothing less than perfection.

What can I substitute for brandy in this beef tenderloin recipe?

I’m wanting to make this "Thyme and Spice-Rubbed Roast Beef Tenderloin au Jus" recipe from Cooking Light (http://find.myrecipes.com/recipes/recipefinder.dyn?action=displayRecipe&recipe_id=1673112), which calls for brandy in the "au jus." However, I’m searching for appropriate substitutions on hand for brandy before I make yet another trip to the store. Would more beef broth work instead? Bourbon/whiskey? Any suggestions would be welcome! :)
Thanks for the responses thus far — I think I’ll pass on the human blood. :) Regarding red wine, would a shiraz do? I love to cook, but it’s something I just recently took up…as you can tell!
