Steak tips recipe please?
Saturday, July 31st, 2010 5:01 am | BBQ Cooking Tipsi have like 2 boxes of omaha steaks beef steak tips.. they are like big and small little chunks of steak. i want to marinde it then barbeque. im gonna use yoshidas and some other stuff. what else should i add to the marinade? is there any other way to cook these good? i really want to bbq them though.
i only have a little yoshidas sauce. could i mix yoshidas and teriyaki, then add some garlic. and brown sugar?

You got the tips. Most are probably just about the right size.
Add some onions, garlic, peppers, mushrooms, and even pineapple would go good with yoshidas or teriyaki,
use some good soy sauce or worshisire (sp?) sauce. garlic, garlic, garlic saves everything! if you are cooking them with rice then throw simply butter and garlic in there. then make a cheap pack of peppered gravy. mmm thats makin me hungry. good luck!
