thank you very much!
thank you eveeryone for your time and advice!

If you have a cast iron skillet, cook the steak tips there instead of on the foreman. the foreman wraps them with heat and just doesn’t do as well imo. The foreman is a good grill, but you don’t get the same sear.
I would make a paste of paprika, Cumin, Garlic, Onions, Parsley, Cilantro, Olive Oil, salt, chile pepper, and black pepper. You want it about the consistency of oatmeal. Put that in a zip top bag, and add the meat. Mush it around and remove all the air you can and let that sit overnight.
or if you have more time make a jerk rub like this http://www.globalgourmet.com/destinations/caribbean/jerkrub.html
Now as you grill those bad boys up make some saffron rice (or use just plain white rice if you don’t have saffron).
Serve that with dinner rolls and lime wedges. Yummmm.
I like Lawreys steak and chop marinade,Worstershire,
Or A1 on mine.Taquila and lime are good as well turn em when they brown thats what I do not to soon.
I made really good chilli lime burgers a while ago so you should be able to apply the same principle.
I used:
Chili powder
cinnamon
cayenne pepper
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
and lime juice of course
Make a rub with all the seasonings and toss them in it then hit it with the LJ either before or after cooking ( i like after)
Would go good with rice with butter and herbs (parsley or cilantro) and Garlic corn
Either use canned corn (drained) or cut it right off the cob. Fry it in a pan with fresh garlic and butter, season with salt and pepper.
Serve with margaritas and fresh lime slices to squeeze over your food. (very good).
Marinate in Italian salad dressing 3 hours before cooking time, cook on medium heat in a cast iron frying pan. Add lime seasoning while you simmer. Sauteed mushroom and onions go GREAT with this! Soul seasoning and garlic powder is optional depending on your tastes.
For sides, there are many things that go great with tips! Fried rice and beans, stuffed mushrooms and salsa, baked or mashed potatoes. If you need recipes for different sides, google recipes for side dishes. You’ll get tons of results, most recipe/cooking sites will give you step by step directions.
Hope this helps
