For Baby Back Ribs – 300F for 2 1/2 hours in a covered roasting pan, basting with sauce every hour (line your roaster with parchment for easy clean up!) for last 1/2 hour remove lid to ensure sauce is thickened to ribs. Also, we don’t pre-boil baby backs and they turn out fall off the bone tender every single time!! (We like to use CattleBoyz BBQ sauce – not too sweet but plenty of flavour!)
We always use Baby Back Ribs vs. Side ribs – may be personal preference but they seem meatier and overall just more tasty!!
