I live in SW Washington State. I was looking into a mobile catering business, cooking whatever the customer wanted, fancy 5 star food or hot dogs. Somone already answered the question about how to start, but I cannot afford a commercial coach. I would like to build my own, as the ones I have seen online are nothing more than utility trailers with a professional kitchen within. I was thinking that I could use a propane BBQ grill with a few burners and set it up outside the trailer. Is this allowed? Where can I find the regulations for this self build food coach
I would like to build?

They show it on tv all the time. The handles are cool & you can boil or cook, strain almost anything. It’s some kind of silver basket thingie. I want to order it along with the "Robo Stir"?
