Thank you for the product review I enjoyed the video
Great video, thanks for sharing!
haha i have my own private water source near the top of the mountain. I am living in the valley near the forest line. I found it yesterday its at a extreme difficult spot to get to(very steep) I am getting all my veggies out of the forest and i am not buying water anymore. I spend that extra money on superfoods. I ve just ordered organic durian, mangosten, young coconut.
Good!!!!
Lol, I always tell ppl that I can eat whatever I want I just choose to be raw….that cheese was for me lol….Thanks for being so brave!
gimmee that raw meat loaf!
this is like torture.
I got to move to Ashville!!!!
I just love your facial expressions when you’re testing this gorgeous food Philip!
I’ve decided to stay raw vegan although I think it’s great that there are so many good raw non vegan products out there.
One of the reasons I got sick before going raw was because I had excess cows milk products .. they became comfort food … so a little was never enough.
Zuccini pasta with sundried tomato sauce plus goats cheese would be nice
Thanks for all your great helpfull and inspiring movies.
As long as it is raw and organic, I don’t think some animal products would compromise our health.
I feel just as bad about killing a sprout or a lettuce as killing an animal, but as long as it’s done with the minimal amount of pain and stress, I don’t think we have to feel bad about killing something to keep ourselves alive and healthy.
I suspect eating some animal products may be important for fertility and brain health.
you’re really into your smoothies
Great Video! Keep um coming!
OMG… haven’t you read the China Study? Animal protein is not meant for the body…
That is exactly what i was talking about… the point of life is to be happy and telling yourself no all the time isn’t a happy way to live. I think if your trying to heal your body then sure, stick to a strict diet but once you’ve reached your goal you can eat an old favorite food as long as your not actually hurting your health… because it’s not about the 100% symbol… it’s about being happy and healthy. =^-^=
I still eat all raw, and dont eat anything that involves death (dead animals, etc). But I do enjoy honey and occasionally raw goats milk.
Raw goats milk It is an amazing source of fat soluble vitamins that aid in the absorption of minerals for good bone and teeth health. Vitamin K2!!! Quite different eating raw goats (now cow) cheese than pasteurized cheese.
What makes goats cheese better than cow’s cheese? Are the goats treated better than free range cows? Or is it more nutritious? A lot of my books mention goats cheese and goats milk, stating that it’s better than cow’s but I never paid attention to why (because I am 100% vegan). I’m curious why you chose a goat product. I’m glad to see you are exploring your fence line with excitement and confidence. Thank you for the product reviews.
YOu just answered the question I posted. I should have read the comments before asking. Thank you.
Philip, I am the same as you. I tried to be a strict vegan but it just doesn’t fit my ethics. I’m comfortable with eating raw honey and wearing alpaca ponchos!! I would love to implement raw goat’s cheese in my diet but I’m not informed on the subject– maybe you are and can inform me. How can I know there is no death involved? Are goats not sent to the slaughterhouse like cows? Do they not get their youngs taken from them and some of them dying? Are they all treated with love?! Thanks. =]
From a neutral standpoint, the china study is flawed. Have you read the china study either ? Its flawed.
thank you philip
it’s easier for humans to digest I believe.
I believe that humans are omnivorous (I am vegan). I think a little animal protein occasionally is beneficial.
why the thumbs down people? I agree and I’m vegan. As long as there was no pain and stress and minimal environmental damage in the process of making I’m fine with it. A little bit of animal protein is not going to kill you.
I meant goats cheese above… not milk.
Have you ever taken those MACA hormone pills? I want to take some. Also, Flaxseed tastes good in a smoothie? Does it have a taste or it taste like nothing?
