I cook scrambled eggs on the hood of my ’73 Caddy. Only in the summertime, of course. I like them hot and fast and firm. Just like my men.

Mmmmmm eggs a breakfast classic should be one of the first things peeps wanting to learn to cool should learn. My eggs have to be scrambled, they go so nicely with my hashbrowns & bacon. The only time I like sunny side up eggs are with rice, yeah maybe sounds weird but it’s damn good. Rice N’ Eggs *mouth water* Gonna go to IHOP now cuz I’m too lazy to cook. Another great episode.
I cook my eggs in the microwave – 140 seconds and make sure to stop & stir it halfway through so the bottom will get cooked.
I use a small bowl, spray some cooking spray, and whisk. They say that adding milk makes it fluffier, as your band mate knows, but I have found that in addition to that, it makes it so cleaning is less messy. Of course I try to make an effort to scrap the egg off the sides while it’s still hot, but adding milk makes less of the egg gunk up on the bowl, so less scouring.
I don’t have the patience to make eggs. I just quickly scramble, throw it in the pan on high and smoosh it around.
Hey Hilah, I can cook scrambled eggs well but I can’t cook over easy eggs for shit. Can you do a video on over easy eggs?

@garenosborn I could try! I don’t like soft yolks so I don’t make them but I will look into it for you.
I usually add some milk to the beaten egss, but this is nice as well. I have tried them with tomato sauce mixed while they were cooked and they were delicious.

you might want to try adding a teaspoon or two of dijon (depending on # of eggs) for a little french flair. i like fresh chive. adding some fresh tarragon would also be very “french. if you want to make your eggs over-the-top french, stick your tongue out while making them. c’est si bon, mon petit!
