I am cooking olive oil with Salmon and i hope it wont make me fat . Isnt it better than pizza or candy?

Olive oil is fattening, but it is full of GOOD fats, so it’s great to use in moderation. Use sparingly, but salmon with olive oil is GREAT for your heart health, and much better than pizza or candy.
Olive oil is the best oil to cook with! It does have fat in it, but it is a healthy fat, not one that clogs arteries or will make you fat. But you don’t want to use it in excess….like don’t use it to deep fry foods. But for pan searing salmon it will be perfect!

all oils being fats are fattening, but olive oil is one of the good ones, especially if you get extra virgin olive oil. The healthiest oils to eat are fish oils though because they contain omega 3, 6 & 9. Which is good for our brains and our hearts
