I think so…if u try a weight gainer shake before u go to bed that will definetely help. If u dont wanna go that route, eat a pb sandwich or some pasta before bed. Protein shakes are good, but they wont help u gain weight. The cals in protein shakes are relatively low compared to weight gainer shakes. I drink a double recipe shake everynight before bed and that gives me 1300 cals, 66g of protein and 212g of carbs…i gained 10 lbs in 2 wks. If u dont work out, u will gain this as fat around ur belly area (it takes a few wks to even out throughout ur body), if u do workout, it will act as fuel to help u workout harder and build/repair muscle faster, thus gaining u muscle weight and lowering ur fat %.
Try adding peanuts, they are high in fat, good fat
it all true and eat a lot of protein
