Tofu Peanut Butter and Rice

Sautee firm tofu and any kind of sliced peppers in olive oil, soy sauce and spices. i like to add garlic salt and hot sauce. place several pieces of tofu over white or brown rice.
Peanut butter (or almond butter) sauce can be made in a small pan, low heat, add a little milk (soy or almond is healthiest). Stir until it blends. I prefer crunchy style. Serve with soy sauce and black pepper.
It might sound like an odd dish, but it’s delicious, easy, nutricious, and filling.
