All you can do is to make sure the oil or cooking medium is heated to the right temperature each time.
Failing that you have to talk it through.

Cut chips in different shapes and sizes w mandolin. Sprinkle w Parmesan cheese and garlic salt for reg potatoes. U can also make sweet potato chips and blue ones too.
For burgers (chicken): ground chicken, onion powder, garlic, dill is nice, or, parsley, salt, pepper.
For kabobs: garlic, paprika and oregano.
