Cooking Utensil
It has a picture of a chef on the handle and it says “INOX” on it, so I know it is a cooking utensil, I just don’t know what it is used for, and I am curious. Found it at a garage sale.

It is like a metal straw that leads into an enclosed metal oval with lots of tiny holes. It’s almost like you blow through it to create bubbles or something.

it’s just for scooping things
Depending on size, it could be a scooper for sugar if it is small.
I think that’s a melon baller. Too small for an ice cream scoop.
