Cooking Utensil
The water sprayer in our dishwasher became detached before the last load of dishes though we did not notice beforehand. Now the black Calphalon cooking utensils that were in there have turned white, more of a blush than a film, the kind that is invisible when wet.
The part that is white is at the same height on each of them – presumably the water was not being sprayed so they stayed dry as the water filled up.
Can I make them black again or will they be white forever?
They’re Nylon, heat resistant to 400 degrees F.
Hmm baking soda didn’t work…
