@RobinsTV grilling is just fine, but smoking isn’t just a way of life, it’s an art. The beer is used to steam the inside to make it moist. Try it out! I use 1/3 can of dark beer and 1/4 cup mixture of apple juice and apple cider vinegar. You will never go back to a gas grill again. At least for this recipe. What’s more important is that you share your spoils with friends and family. Happy smoking to all…
