Due to complete lack of time and horrible cooking skills I rarely bring my lunch to work. That leaves me to forrage the local fare (which is mostly fast food resturaunts). Does anyone have advice on what I should order and still be cost efficent?

Convenience stores now carry celery and carrot sticks (2 very healthy veggies) with peanut butter. Eating that before something unhealthy makes the whole lunch healthier. See site below for super healthy eating at home to compensate for lunch. Even has a super-healthy, thinning fake ice cream to enjoy all summer.

Make your lunch the night before. Fast food restaurants dont have many healthy options.
